Céleri-rave looks strange, I agree. But it's very good. It's a part of what we call "crudités", "cru" means "raw", so it's a vegetable we eat raw, like a salad.

To prepare it, you only need to peel it, and "râper" :

Then, add a sauce salade.
Have this salad at the beginning of a meal.

Where can I find it ?
On every open market, or in a supermarket.

How long can I keep it ?
At least one week. You don't need to store it in the fridge.
