Verrines avocado / salmon

 

This recipe is very good for summer time because it's fresh.

We usually have it as a starter or for the aperitif.

In France, when we have guests, we always have an apérfitif and drink a glass of wine or a kir in the living-room before the meal.

For this recipe all you need is a a frying pan for the salmon, bowls to mix the ingredients. If you have a blender you can use it but don't worry, you can also do it very well without a blender because all the ingredients are very smooth and easy to mix.

 

 

Ingrédients :

1 avocat (avocado)

1 tranche de saumon (piece of salmon)

½ citron (lemon)

2 cuillères à soupe de crème fraîche épaisse (tablespoons cream)

1 cuillère à soupe de yaourt nature ou de crème fraîche liquide (tablespoon plain yogurt or liquid cream)



Blend the avocado with one tablespoon lemon juice.

In a frying pan, cook the salmon. You don't need to season it, but if you prefer you can add some salt or pepper. Remove the skin and all the bones of the salmon.

Blend it with the cream.


In a thin glass pour the avocado cream, then the salmon cream. Put this glass in the fridge.

Just before serving, add a basil leaf "feuille de basilic" to decorate.
